FIGGSHIELD

Terms of service

Last updated 1 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Figgshield, a subscription service for generating video and images with third-party AI models. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Figgshield gives you access to third-party generation models — currently Kling for video and Nano Banana 2 for images — through Claude, the Claude Code CLI and a REST API, all against one credit balance. The available models may change over time as providers change their offerings.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; teams should use seats on the Studio plan.

Plans, credits and billing

Plans are billed annually and renew yearly until cancelled. Credits are granted at the start of each monthly credit period. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable, except that credits charged for a generation that fails are returned automatically.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancelling stops the next yearly renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you have paid for, and remaining credits stay usable until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless the law where you live requires it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, that infringes the rights of others, that depicts real people in deceptive or intimate contexts without consent, or that violates the policies of the underlying model providers. We may refuse jobs or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you hold in your prompts. Subject to the licence terms of the model that produced them, generated outputs are yours to use, including commercially. Outputs carry no watermark. We claim no ownership over either.

Third-party models

Models are built and hosted by third parties. Their capabilities, availability and output quality are outside our control, and their own licence terms may apply to outputs. We refund failed generations, but we do not warrant any particular result.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and provider outages happen; credit refunds for failed jobs are the remedy for individual failures.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that counts as acceptance. Questions can be sent to legal@figgshield.ai.
